I'm sorry guys for not attending to my blog for the past couple of days. I've been pretty busy you see. Firstly, thank you guys for throwing me the wonderful surprise party last saturday. Although a little blue bird kinda told me that something was up, I was still very much awed at how many great friends I have. I love you all to bits!!! Thank you thank you thank you.

AS to the reason why I haven't been blogging, its because I've been tied down with uni (sigh).
SOME PEOPLE don't seem to know the importance of my birthday!!! hehehe...
Anyway without fail I'll get back to this once I've cleared my assignments..

Watch out...This is TO BE CONTINUED..

Something to Read

Jack wakes up with a huge hangover after attending his company's Christmas Party. Jack is not normally a drinker, but the drinks didn't taste like alcohol at all. He didn't even remember how he got home from the party. As bad as he was feeling, he wondered if he did something wrong. Jack had to force himself to open his eyes, and the first thing he sees is a couple of aspirins next to a glass of water on the side table. And, next to them, a single red rose!
Jack sits up and sees his clothing in front of him, all clean and pressed. He looks around the room and sees that it is in perfect order, spotlessly clean. So is the rest of the house. He takes the aspirins, cringes when he sees a huge black eye staring back at him in the bathroom mirror.

Then he notices a note hanging on the corner of the mirror written in red with little hearts on it and a kiss mark from his wife in lipstick!: "Honey, breakfast is on the stove, I left early to go get groceries to make you your favorite dinner tonight. I love you, darling! Love, Jillian
He stumbles to the kitchen and sure enough, there is hot breakfast, steaming hot coffee and the morning newspaper. His son is also at the table, eating. Jack asks,
"Son... what happened last night?"
"Well, you came home after 3 A.M., drunk and out of your mind. You fell over the coffee table and broke it, and then you puked in the hallway, and got that black eye when you ran into the door."
Confused he asked his son,
"So, why is everything in such perfect order, so clean, I have a rose, and breakfast is on the table waiting for me?"
His son replies,
"Oh THAT!... Mom dragged you to the bedroom, and when she tried to take your pants off, you screamed,
"Leave me alone, lady, I'm married!"

Broken Coffee Table $39.99
Hot Breakfast $4.20
Two Aspirins .38
Saying the right thing, at the right time . .
..Priceless!

Love-a-Lot Bear
You love to take care of others and people love being around you because you make them feel appreciated. You are very sweet and soft-spoken. You are also a romantic and consider yourself an excellent matchmaker, so you tend to be a bit nosy. But everyone still considers you the sweetest person they know.

but Mark reckons that I'm this bear..

Grumpy Bear
You are always complaining about something, especially about always having to do all the work, and make the easiest things difficult. Your grumbling can go too far and really hurt those around you. Even though you can be hard to deal with, others like you anyways because you are mysteriously charming and cute when you're mad. You are good at fixing things and are willing to take on large tasks...with a little grumbling of course!

missing you Debz Ko...

The case I'm working on:

Emily is a 59 year-old woman who plans to retire at age 60 from her job as a financial executive. She has been with her male partner (age 64) for 10 years, and he plans to retire as well within the next year. Both Emily and her partner are in good health and look forward to carving out a new life in retirement; in fact, they have decided that this would be a good time for them to raise a child, and have come to an in vitro fertilisation (IVF) clinic to arrange for her to become pregnant. They are aware that it is now possible for postmenopausal women to bear children by employing egg donation, IVF, and embryo transplantation to the womb of the postmenopausal women, who would receive hormonal treatments. Emily's partner would provide the sperm for IVF, so he would be the biological father of the child.

I have to side with the clinic in refusing her request for IVF using all kinds of different theories. In my point of view, I don't think she's wrong in wanting to have children of her own. but God did stop women's capabilities of producing at certain age for a reason. However if we were to give people who are infertile a chance for IVF , who are we to refuse older couples. Is age really a barrier??

Day 2

Its the 2nd day of my sprained ankle and it looks weird! Its all blue and stuff (from all the rubbing and walking). I'm not the kind to sit around on my ass all day long. Its soo frustrating coz everywhere I turn, people look at me funny. What's wrong with society!? Haven't they seen a person with sprained ankle before?? hehehe...

Okay getting hungry. Had a big bacon and eggs breakfast and I'm hungry again. What's wrong with me man?! Must be the hormones... Poor Nav -sleeping like a baby outside. Afraid to make much noise and wake him up...ZZzzzzZZzZZzzzZZZz

"llulaby llulaby, go to sleep now my little baby"

hang on that's not the right song...okay nevermind..

HAPPY APRIL FOOL'S DAY!!!
Hope everyone's having fun pulling each other's leg. hahaha... I can still remember the day we played a joke on the class of 3/5. boy was Mr Abt a great actor, he even got me to think that it was real. This is what happened:

the class committee got together with our form teacher Mr Abt (a german dude - imagine a scary ogre!). We asked him to come into class acting all fired up and demanding to see the class committee immediately. In the meantime we got the rest of the class to sit in according to their register numbers and to make sentences with the following words which spelt out Happy April Fool's Day. hahaha...That was fun! Sigh all the memories.
